The School provides modern education with emphasis on moral and ethical values, development of mental and physical faculties in character building and all round development of children. The school follows an annual calendar as prescribed by the CBSE. One annual academic session consists of at least 180 days of engagement. For classes IX and X, the six subjects laid down by the CBSE (English, Hindi, Maths, Science, Social Science, Punjabi) are offered by the School. For classes XI and XII, School offers English, Physics, Chemistry, Biology, Mathematics, Accountancy, Business Studies, Economics, Political Science, Sociology, History, Computer Science, Physical Education, Hindi and Punjabi as academic subjects.
Examinations of class IX and XI are conducted by the School itself. The final examinations of class X and XII are conducted by CBSE where around 1.8 million and 1.2 million students appears pan India. For each subject, students are awarded marks out of 100. Evaluation for each subject has two components a) Internal Assessment/ Practical Examination and b) Final theory Examination. To qualify a subject, a student must obtain a minimum of 33% marks overall taken together in Internal Assessment/Practical Examination and Final Theory Examination.
